Palazzo Ottavia is located at Via del Portico d'Ottavia 45, one of the most fascinating streets of the Jewish Ghetto of Rome, rich in history and tradition. This area is famous for its cultural and architectural heritage, with the Portico of Octavia, an ancient Roman monument dating back to the 1st century BC, which testifies to the historical importance of the area. Within walking distance, you can explore iconic places like the Marcello Theatre and the Tiber island, offering a unique experience of Rome between history, culture and modernity.


How to reach us


By car
From the north (Milan and Genoa):
Take the A1 motorway towards Rome. At Florence, continue south on the A1 until you reach Rome.
From the south (Naples):
Take the A1 motorway north to Rome. Entering Rome, take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) in direction of "Cassia" (exit 1) if you arrive from the north or "Aurelia" (exit 1) if you arrive from the south. Exit onto Via Aurelia and continue towards the centre of Rome. Follow the signs for Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori and finally for Via del Portico d'Ottavia 45, where you will find Palazzo Ottavia.

By train/metro
From Termini station
Take the Metro Line A in the direction of "Battistini". Get off at Barberini. From there, walk towards the centre, following the signs for Piazza Venezia and Via del Portico d'Ottavia, where our building is located.
From Tiburtina station
Take the metro line B until Termini stop. Change to line A (direction "Battistini") and follow the directions above.

By plane
From Fiumicino Airport:

Take the Leonardo Express train which takes you directly to Termini Station. From Termini, take the Metro Line A in the direction of "Battistini", get off at Barberini stop, then follow the signs on foot towards Via del Portico d'Ottavia 45.
From the Ciampino Airport:
Take a shuttle bus to Termini Station. From there, follow the same directions as above for Metro Line A.
